Right now, I’m writing this from Ubud, surrounded by lush jungle, stillness, and a completely different pace of life.
I’m here at a resonance retreat … and honestly, it’s been a powerful reminder of something we all already know deep down.
Life feels better when we slow down.
When we step out of the constant noise, pressure, and pace of the 3D world …and allow ourselves to drop into something softer, calmer, and more present - what many would call a more 5D way of living.
The Power of Letting Go (Not Pushing Harder)
Over the past few days, we’ve spent hours in:

Breathwork

Yoga
-
Meditation
-
Sound healing
-
Nature etc etc
And here’s the thing …It’s not about doing more. It’s about letting go.
Letting go of:

The pressure
-
The timelines
-
The constant “doing”
-
The need to hold everything together
And in that space … You start to feel something many people are missing in everyday life:
- Peace
- Clarity
- Connection to yourself
The Reality: Burnout Isn’t Slowing Down
Let’s ground this in real life for a second.
Burnout isn’t just a buzzword anymore - it’s a global issue:

Around 77% of people report experiencing burnout at some point in their current job

Nearly 1 in 3 adults feel constantly overwhelmed or stressed

The World Health Organization officially recognises burnout as an occupational phenomenon
And for many - especially the “strong ones”…They’re not falling apart.
They’re holding it all together… while running on empty.

For years, the approach has been:

Keep going

Take a quick holiday … then go straight back into the same life
But here’s the truth: A beach holiday doesn’t reset your life - it pauses it.
What I’m experiencing here is something different.
It’s immersive.
It’s intentional.
It actually changes your state … not just your scenery.
From “Woo Woo” to What Actually Works
Let’s be honest …
Things like:

Energy work

Sound healing

Frequency

Meditation
Used to be labelled as “woo woo”.
But now?
They’re becoming necessary tools for navigating modern life.
Because clearly … The old ways aren’t working well enough anymore.
What If You Didn’t Have to Escape Your Life to Feel Peace?
Here’s the real takeaway from this week:
Yes - I believe in taking a break every few months to reset your energy.
But the bigger question is this: What if you didn’t have to wait for a retreat to feel like this?

- Life isn’t slowing down anytime soon
- But we can change how we move through it
This is where your power is. Choice.
Choosing to:

Because the truth is…You’re no good to anyone if you’re burnt out and run down.
