What Are Your Thoughts Creating?
Share
Have you ever thrown a pebble into perfectly still water and watched what happens? The pebble may be tiny, but the moment it hits the surface, it creates a ripple. That ripple moves outward, changing the water well beyond the point where the pebble originally landed.
Well, the same can happen within us.
This week on The Quantum Thread, Kaz brought through some fascinating information during her channel about the “wobbles” that create our thoughts. The idea was that these wobbles create a vibration and energetic geometry from which our thoughts emerge, and those thoughts can ultimately lead us towards creating more light or feeding the shadows.
It was such a simple visual, but it really stayed with me because it connects beautifully with what I've learnt through my own studies around consciousness, density, and dimension, and how we can begin to embody a different way of living.
From Density to the Way We Live
One of the things I've learnt through my studies with Marcus Bird is the distinction between density and dimension. The third, fourth, and fifth density bands relate to different levels of consciousness, awareness, and awakeness. Dimension is different - it's how that level of consciousness translates into the way we experience and live our lives, which is where we get the idea of 3D, 4D, and 5D living.
Many people seem to be navigating the fourth density band at the moment, and it can feel like a bit of a rollercoaster. We can move between fear and possibility, ego and greater awareness, heaviness and lightness, old patterns and new choices. One minute we feel clear and connected, and the next something happens, and we're pulled back towards an old way of thinking or reacting.
And this is where Kaz's message about the wobbles becomes so relevant.
The wobble creates the thought, but we then have a choice about how much attention and energy we continue to give that thought.
I've used this phrase for years: Where your attention goes, the energy flows.
We don't need to suppress difficult thoughts or pretend everything is wonderful when it isn't. We're human, and we're going to experience the full range of emotions. But as our awareness increases, we can become more conscious of what we're continually feeding.
Thoughts based around fear, anger, resentment, judgement, comparison or ego create a very different internal experience from thoughts connected with love, joy, gratitude, compassion, and possibility.
There's an interesting parallel here with psychology. Psychologist Barbara Fredrickson's Broaden-and-Build Theory proposes that positive emotions such as joy, interest, and contentment can broaden our awareness and expand the range of thoughts and actions available to us, while emotions associated with threat tend to narrow our focus. This reinforces something very practical: our internal state influences what we notice, how we respond, and the possibilities we're able to see.
From Transformation to Integration
So many people have spent the past few years going through enormous periods of inner transformation. We've questioned relationships, careers, priorities, beliefs, and sometimes our entire direction in life. We've gone within, done the soul-searching, and become much clearer about who we are and what's actually important.
It’s been a bit like hiding under a rock or withdrawing into your quiet space - but eventually we have to come back out.
Transformation is one part of the process. Then comes integration - taking everything we've discovered about ourselves and actually living it.
And I think this is where many people are right now. We're stepping back into the outside world with greater awareness, but there are still plenty of opportunities to be pulled back into old thoughts, behaviours, and reactions.
The question becomes: Can we actually live what we've learnt?
Can we remain connected to ourselves amongst the noise? Can we be more discerning about where we spend our precious time and energy? Can we recognise when we're feeding the shadows and consciously choose to create a little more light instead?
The New World Is Bringing Us Back to Basics
For all the conversation about consciousness, 5D, and a “new world, perhaps what we're actually being asked to do is much simpler.
We're being brought back to basics.
What brings you joy? What makes you laugh? Who makes you feel good when you're around them? What makes your heart feel lighter? What allows you to feel more like you?
Perhaps a more conscious way of living isn't about becoming more serious or spiritual. It's moving away from an ego-driven life based predominantly around achievement, comparison, status, and continually doing more, and towards a more soul-based way of living centred around joy, love, connection, purpose, creativity, happiness, and FUN - Feeling Free, Uplifted and Naturally ourselves.
It's about being more rather than continually doing more.
Nature has been showing us this all along. A tree doesn't worry about how quickly it can reach the next season. It grows, sheds, rests, regenerates, and grows again. Nature moves through cycles of expansion and contraction, activity and rest, light and darkness, and perhaps we're being reminded that we're part of those cycles too.
We don't always have to be pushing towards the next destination.
Sometimes we're being asked simply to embody the life we're living right now.
Transform Your Sight
Maybe that's also part of learning to live with a more 5D focus - transforming the way we see what's already around us.
For so long we've been conditioned to look towards the next thing. What's next? What do I need to achieve? Where am I going? When will I finally get there?
But when we're continually focused on the destination, we can miss the journey that's happening right in front of us.
Slow down enough and you begin noticing things that were there all along - the light coming through the trees, the changing seasons, birds outside the window, the colours of the sky, the people you love, the conversations that make you laugh and those seemingly ordinary moments that are actually what make up a life.
Instead of viewing everything through a 3D lens of achievement, comparison, possessions, status or what's missing, perhaps we can begin looking through a different lens - one that notices beauty, connection, possibility, meaning and what is already here.
We're transforming the way we're seeing the world.
And once again: Where your attention goes, the energy flows.
Create More Light
Perhaps that's one of our opportunities during this period of transformation and integration.
Become aware of the thoughts arising within you and notice what you're choosing to fuel. When you find yourself being pulled towards fear, judgement, resentment, comparison, or ego, ask yourself whether that's really where you want your precious energy to go.
Then look for the light.
Go outside. Walk in nature. Call someone you love. Put some music on. Move your body. Laugh. Create something. Rest. Watch a sunset. Do something simply because it makes you happy.
This isn't about reaching some perfect destination where we never wobble again. Perhaps moving towards a more conscious, 5D way of living isn't about trying to get somewhere at all.
It's about embodying it now.
Choosing joy. Choosing connection. Choosing love. Having fun. Appreciating nature. Seeing beauty. Living more from the soul rather than continually being driven by the ego.
The wobble creates the thought. The thought directs your attention. Your attention fuels the energy. And that energy becomes part of how you experience and interact with your world.
So this week, become curious about your wobbles and conscious of what you choose to fuel.
Where your attention goes, the energy flows.
Transform your thoughts. Transform your energy. Transform your sight. Look beyond what you've already been seeing and notice the beauty that's been there all along.
Don't become so focused on the destination that you miss the life you're living right now.
Embrace the journey. Embrace the cycles. Do more of what brings you joy. Have more fun. Be more of who you truly are.
And allow your light to shine brightly enough that, simply by being you, you become a beacon of love and light for others to discover more of their own.
Trust. Believe. Allow. with ease, grace, and flow.
